8 Limbs offers classes a variety of yoga classes at all levels of practice and for all ages, including prenatal, Mom & Baby, Kids, and Teen Yoga, at its studios on Capitol Hill, West Seattle, and in the Wedgwood area. All yoga props are provided during classes.
