The Children's Center Jester facility includes a preschool building and an Infant and Toddler Center.

The preschool building has twelve classrooms designed for children ages two to four. Resource areas include two computer labs, a library, an art room, a gymnasium, a Spanish room, and a heated swimming pool. The children also have access to two outdoor play areas.

The Infant and Toddler Center houses the youngest students, ages eight weeks to two years. A common play area is located in the middle of the building and is shared by all the classes. Children also have access to an age-appropriate outdoor play area, visited each morning and afternoon when weather allows.

The programs are NAEYC accredited.

Swimming lessons for three and four year olds are available during the summer.

During the summer months, the Children's Center offers a summer camp program for kids ages five to 12. Summer campers must have completed kindergarten to be eligible for the summer camp program.

Like a virtual children's art museum, Artsonia is an online collection of kids' artwork from around the world. Kids can take the masterpieces they've created and upload them onto the website. Family and friends can then visit the artwork and participate in activities that allow them to take an active role in a child's art education, even if they live far away. There is no cost to participate, and Artsonia currently has artwork from children in over 100 countries.
