- Venetian Pool is fabulous now that our kids are older (6 & 9). We went at least once a week last summer and even celebrated our son's 6th birthday there in July with 35+ people. It is reasonablly priced, has a snack bar the kids love, shaded areas, a smaller kiddie pool with tables and chairs and lifeguards for the main area. We love it!

On rainy days, the pool closes for a half hour if they hear thunder - just wait it out. Sometimes the lifeguards give a tour and tell ghost stories when it rains.
