Citikids crams a comprehensive collection of baby necessities into its Clement street store. This is no fancy boutique; it's a practical store carrying all the newest and most respected brand names in baby gear. Surprisingly, prices at this independent shop are competitive with the big chains and online sources.

What really sets this place apart is its extensive selection of tools for transporting your tot: car seats, strollers, back packs, slings. Anything a parent might need is right in the store, so you can test drive before you buy. The knowledgeable staff happily share their expert advice and are certified car seat installers, so you can be confident your child is safe when you drive away.

The store has recently expanded its toy collection to include a variety of traditional, non-electronic toys and games.

Much of the extensive stock is on display, so the store aisles can feel quite crowded, especially on a Saturday afternoon. If you don't see what you're searching for, just ask and they'll place a special order - and even arrange delivery directly to your home.
